You can finally sign your own Proposals within OneCrew. With the new Proposal Countersignature feature, gone are the days of printing out, signing, and scanning your Proposals. In addition, we’ve introduced optional automatic pre-sign and post-sign options, so it’s never been faster to get to a fully executed proposal. Whether you want your project salespeople, project managers, or a single representative at your company to be the signer, your signature will appear both in the OneCrew tenant, and on the Web Proposal view.

We’ve massively improved the appearance and UX for customers accepting proposals from a mobile screen. This update aims to help you get your proposals signed faster and ensure everything you put in front of your customer is high quality and high trust.

We’ve improved your ability to customize Proposals in OneCrew, allowing you to add more of your company’s brand identity into your most important customer-facing document. With additions like custom header images, richer brand color appearance, font choice, and an entirely new theme, you have the control to make your OneCrew Proposal your own.
Work-in-Progress (WIP) Report – See your progress for active projects, plus invoiced and paid amounts at a glance. With the newly released WIP Report found in Analytics, you can see your estimated Revenue progress for active projects based on your Actuals vs. Estimated Costs alongside the amounts that you’ve Invoiced for and been Paid for. Now, from a single report you can get a sense for how the actual work your crews are doing translates into cash flows for your company.
